Come enjoy this new beautiful modern River View Suite. Private entrance, centrally located in the heart of downtown. Just outside your front door you will find everything downtown has to offer. The space The suite is equipped with utensils, refrigerator, microwave, Keurig coffee maker & hot water kettle. NO ICE CHESTS on hardwood floors. One bedroom with a queen bed, living room with small dinette table and sofa sleeper (upon request can be made up). We Each room has WiFi w/smart TV. Also have a Pack’NPlay (upon request.) One bathroom with large tub is separate from each room. The Suite is kept at a comfortable temperature with a portable thermostat on the small table between the living room and the bathroom. Guest access You have one reserved parking space directly across from the front of the upper 703 State St. townhome. Which is located just pass the 616 State St. brimstone/climbing gym. There is a short walk down steps to the lower 703 Oak Street Suite entrance. Find descriptive pictures and diagram in photos. Also there is ample parking across 703 Oak Street on 7th for extra car or above on State St. We have storage for bikes and sports equipment in garage( Code provided upon request) We have steps to access the Suite therefore it is not wheelchair accessible.
