In the new white apartment you feel like in a luxury hotel! It is one of our newest apartments and has been furnished with great attention to detail by an interior designer. You can sleep wonderfully in the large double bed (180cm x 200cm) in hotel quality, there is free secure parking, as well as a fast WiFi connection, Smart TV including satellite reception and contactless 24-hour self check-in. The space Our "white apartment" impresses with a spacious anteroom, from which you can go directly to the bathroom (including a laundry-dryer combination device). The bedroom offers absolute comfort and is quietly located towards the inner courtyard. The holiday apartment on the ground floor of our apartment building is barred and thus guarantees security around the clock. In the bedroom you will find, in addition to the luxurious and comfortable double bed (180 cm x 200 cm), a comfortable, pull-out sofa bed (160 cm x 200 cm). The fully equipped kitchen, including a microwave, dishwasher, coffee maker, a dining table and many accessories ensure pure culinary delights, a feel-good factor and enough space for up to 4 people. For a hearty breakfast, get fresh rolls and pastries from the in-house bakery, which is just a minute's walk from the apartment. Guest access Instead of a key, there is a code lock - of course for 24 hours. Therefore, you can check in and out at any time of the day or night, with the earliest check-in time being 3 p.m. and the latest check-out time being 10 a.m. Before your arrival we will send you all the necessary information by email. There is a private parking space in our secure courtyard area directly in front of the apartment. Other things to note There are 3 entrance steps to the house. The apartment is on the ground floor with barred windows. The apartment is located directly opposite the university on Schubertstrasse, one bedroom has a street view - street noise is audible. Please be sure to fill out a guest form; we and you as a guest are legally obliged to do so. We use this apartment also for our private guests.
