This multi-level arrangement offers ample space, with plenty of room to spend time together. Unwind in front of the wood-burning fireplace or soothe tired muscles in the private hot tub that overlooks the trail. Curl up on the plush furniture in the living room and enjoy a movie night. A desk workspace is included for guests that need to complete remote work assignments. Cook something delicious together in the well-equipped kitchen complete with full-size appliances and a helpful prep island. Enjoy mealtime at the large, wooden dining table. Of course, cooking out on the private gas grill is always an option. Step out onto the deck and take in the views of the valley and the fresh mountain air. At the end of the day, gather around the firepit and plan the next day's adventures. Things to Know Check-in time: 4:00 PM. Check-out time: 10:00 AM. All guests shall abide by the good neighbor policy and shall not engage in illegal activity. Quiet hours are from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM. No smoking is permitted anywhere on the premises. This condo does not have air conditioning. Guest access You'll enter through the electronic lock at the front door - enter your code followed by the checkmark to unlock, and use the same process to lock when you leave. Standard check-in is at 4pm. If you're arriving earlier and have notified support in advance, they'll ensure the alarm is disarmed. A backup key for emergencies only is located in the lockbox to the right of the door. Other things to note The hot tub is unlocked and ready for your stay. Propane tanks are on-site for the home's heating system - if a tank empties during your stay, you can exchange it at a local vendor and provide the receipt for reimbursement, or contact the support line to arrange delivery.
