On the ground floor you have a large living room with open chimney and windows to all sides. Next to it a dining room with a very long table, sitting 10-12 people. The kitchen has cooking island with breakfast table and open to the garden courtyard. A first large bedroom is situated on the ground floor with window front to the garden and own bathroom. The top floor has two large and one small bedrooms, all with balconies and views to the garden. The master bedroom has its own ensuite bathroom while the other two share another bathroom between them. The house looks out on spacious grounds of almost 4000 sqm/1 acre of garden and trees. Refresh yourself in the pool between old olive trees or enjoy the evenings with a barbecue on the garden courtyard. Guest access Nice airport can be reached in about 45min. Public transport runs with regular trains to Cannes and a (somewhat lengthy) bus to the next village. The nearest village center is within walking distance with a 15min walk. There is parking space for three cars at the end of the private driveway. Please be aware that the driveway is quite steep. Other things to note The house is set up for up to four adults and up to four children, as two of the upper rooms are furnished for children. We welcome families. Please be aware that the pool has no protective railing. Special care has to be taken to ensure the safety of children who cannot swim safely.
