Spacious grounds surround the Summer Kitchen built in the early 1900's as an addition to the adjacent 1812 Shipbuilder's Cottage. The lower level with original wide plank floors contains a full kitchen, bathroom and laundry room. The upper level has a bedroom with double bed and separate living area with a pull-out couch that sleeps 1 adult or 2 children. With it's sloped ceilings and a view of the Bay of Fundy, this cozy space will welcome you after a day exploring the beauty of St. Martins. The space Spacious grounds and flowering fruit trees offer a large area to relax or play. A flagstone patio with grape and kiwi vines, BBQ, Fire Pan and chairs just outside the front door offers a cozy space to enjoy the evening and night sky. Other things to note The bedroom contains a double bed that sleeps two. The pull-out sofa in the living room is suitable for one adult or two children.
