Fully equipped kitchen. Beach view Denhams Beach is at the back door. Alternatively, enjoy a spectacular cliff top walk to Surf Beach and Wimpy Beach. A supermarket, chemist, bottle shop and restaurants are just a 2-minute drive. There are no additional charges other than Airbnb charges. The space There are two car secure parking spots in the complex. Also an outdoor shower to wash after your swim. Enjoy the view of dolphins at play from one of the two sunny balconies. Bedroom 1 has its own ensuite and walk in robe and bedroom 2 has direct access to the balcony 1queen size bed. Bedroom 3 has 1 single bed. You will find a well equipped kitchen with most often used condiments. Washing and drying is not a problem with modern washer and dryer. Wifi and Foxtel are also provided at no extra charge. We welcome small pets that can be managed in an apartment setting. Please contact your host beforehand. This apartment is situated close to the newly opened world class mountain bike trails at Mogo. Your bikes can be housed overnight in the secure underground garage. There is no additional charge for cleaning but we do ask that you leave the apartment as you find it. Early morning or sunset walks are popular across the cliff top to nearby Surf Beach or you can join the locals on the 40 minute ‘3-beach walk’ circuit taking in Denhams, Surf and Wimby beaches.   ‘Edgewood’ also suits the needs of a holidaying family but we would ask that small children be closely supervised. We welcome well behaved pets.   ‘Edgewood’ is presented fully equipped with sheets and towels at no extra cost. All you need is groceries and your suitcase. We do not charge a cleaning fee but ask that the apartment be left as you found it. But should you prefer an outside cleaning service we will add a charge of $120.   Denhams Beach is situated 10 minutes from the CBD. Locally there is a small shopping centre and several restaurants. An information folder will be waiting for you recommending local attractions and an extensive listing of restaurants.   ‘Edgewood’ is not your usual short stay coastal holiday accommodation. It is aimed at attracting the interest of the more discerning traveller. Holiday in luxury. Why not!?
