The ensuite bathroom has a double vanity with a walk-in glass shower. Starter kit includes : hand soap, hand sanitizer, shampoo, conditioner, body wash and toilet paper. The second bedroom has a queen bed, comfy chair & smart tv with free Netflix and Peacock Premium. The hall bathroom has a tub & the same starter kit as the master bath. The indoor laundry room has a starter kit of laundry pods and dryer sheets. The house has keyless entry and self check in. A 4-seater electric golf car is also available. Guest access The large driveway, carport and 4 car garage are available to you for parking. Please note that RVs, campers and boats are not permitted. Other things to note Before you arrive we can get you a temporary ID card. There is a $50 charge for the pass. We will need the following information from you at least 4 days prior to your arrival for your ID cards *The first and last names of all the guests * Date of birth for each guest. *address and phone number for each guest This will allow you to participate in activities including: bocce, horseshoes, shuffleboard, tennis, pickle ball, archery. Use of family friendly and adult only (over 30) pools and hot tubs at the recreation centers and play golf, not including greens fees on the 12 Championship golf courses. We have Christmas Eve and Christmas Day blocked off. We don’t allow check in or check out on those days. If you are interested in staying at that time please contact me.
