Guest access Guests have access to the entire home, including garage, pool, and private dock. Entry is secure and contactless via smart lock. The elevator is available only with prior approval and payment of a $149 non-refundable fee before check-in. Please note that this home is not wheelchair accessible. If the elevator becomes inoperable, stairs will be required, and repair times cannot be guaranteed. Spa operates as part of the pool system, not a stand-alone hot tub. - Beach Gear: A rental credit is included with your stay; select items before arrival for delivery. Some gear may be on-site but is not guaranteed. - Cleaning & Linens: Professionally cleaned between stays with starter supplies provided. Mid-stay cleans required for stays over 28 days. - Golf Carts: Reserve through Once Upon A Beach Carts for an exclusive guest discount. - Security: Exterior cameras monitor entry points and equipment for safety and occupancy compliance. Cameras do not face private areas. - Accessibility: Multiple levels with elevator access available by request ($149 fee); home not wheelchair accessible. Elevator Note This home includes a residential elevator for guest convenience; however, please note that elevator operation is dependent on third-party service providers. In the event the elevator becomes inoperable during your stay, repair timelines cannot be guaranteed, and stairs will be required for access to upper levels.
