Guest access Guests will have access to all areas on the main floor and upstairs. The backyard patio will be a shared space as will the parking areas on the property. There is also ample on street parking. There is also a second apartment in the basement with its own entry/exit (also available for an extra fee). a locked door from both sides, off of the kitchen, prevents cross traffic and ensures privacy and safety. You may run into your neighbors on the back patio and parking areas only. Other things to note The house has high speed wi-fi allowing for great gaming and streaming services (300+ mbps); TVs are all 55" and streaming services provided for free include HBOMax, Hulu, Amazon Prime TV, Disney +, ESPN +, Paramount +, among others.
