These items are intended to get you through the first few days of your stay. If you anticipate needing more, please plan to bring additional supplies. Cleaning - Our cleaners are taking extra care to disinfect frequently touched surfaces between reservations (doorknobs, surfaces, light switches, remote controls, tables, fan and lamp chains, thermostats etc). Please note: We have a Ring Doorbell Camera on the exterior of our property facing the outside of our entrance. This is not monitored but does record when triggered. We also have a Minut noise monitor system located inside the property in the kitchen/living room. This device measures decibel levels throughout the property and does not record sound. Minut is 100% privacy compliant and is required on this property. Any noise violation reported either by Minut or a disturbed neighbor will result in a warning. The second offense will result in a $100 fine and is subject to immediate cancellation without refund. The third offense is $500 and subject to immediate cancellation without refund.
