Guest Access: Guests are given a unique door code that is active for the duration of their stay. Parking: • Parking for 2 Vehicles • No Boats, Trailers, or U-Hauls • NO STREET PARKING • GAS POWERED GOLF CARTS ONLY when a cart is rented it will use one of your allotted parking spaces. No electric golf carts permitted. House Rules: • No smoking • No parties or events • Must be 25 or older and staying at the property for the entire stay. • The primary guest is required to sign the Kismet Properties Renter’s Agreement. • The Primary guest is required to upload a copy of their photo ID. • NO PETS ALLOWED Check-In/Check-Out: Check-in: 4:00 PM Check-out: 10:00 AM CANCELATION POLICY: Guest receives 100% (less $250.00 cancellation fee) if cancellation occurs more than 60 days before arrival; Guest receives 50% (less $250.00 cancellation fee) if cancellation occurs more than 30 days before arrival; No refunds within 30 days of arrival.
