Our River Pod is the perfect mix between camping and comfort for two! You will need to bring your sleeping bag/bedding, pillow, towels, toiletries, and camping supplies. Our pods have NO electricity. You will need to bring lanterns, flashlight, and a portable phone charger. We provide the shelter, beds, bathhouse, and spectacular view. The Marigold River Pod has 2 twin beds, a firepit and minimal outdoor furniture. Staying in our pods is like camping except you don't need a tent. Our pods have NO electricity. We encourage you to bring anything and everything you would to go camping including but not limited to, sleeping' bags, wireless phone charges, flash lights and lanterns, cooler for food, and proper clothing. There is a bathhouse located on site. It is a short walk from our pods. They come with full electricity, showers with hot water, and restrooms. You will need to bring your own linens for the bathhouse. We are located by a road that can be noisy at times. Please enjoy the scenic views and the beauty at Saluda Outdoor Center, where we offer tubing excursions throughout the summer. The SOC bathhouse is across the property and is to be used by guests and tubers, please expect it to be busy during the summer months. The dog park is located in the field to the right of our property. If you go past the light blue tiny house and the dark green container home, you will see the fenced in area for your pups to play and run. Please clean up after them, make sure they are back on their leash before leaving, and the gate is latched when you leave. This is a "pack in/pack out" site. Our pods have no electricity. Be sure to bring lanterns, flashlights, and battery powered chargers. You will be responsible to leave no trace and to act respectfully of any other guests, neighbors, and the property. We have property managers available for questions. The Saluda Outdoor Center houses a tubing company that operates during the warmer summer months. While staying with us, we would love for you to enjoy the fun of floating down the Saluda River. Downtown Greenville is about 10 minutes from us and so is Easley. Clemson is less than 30 minutes from SOC. No matter where you adventure to you will find amazing coffee shops, yummy restaurants, and so many cool breweries. Bring your own car and camping supplies The $10 per person “extra guest fee” is to accommodate one tent next to the River Pod, up to four more guests. Larger tents will not be allowed, only max 4 person tent. If you need to accommodate more people, you will need to rent another River Pod with tent space. If this is the case, please contact us so we can help you with this reservation (and will save booking fees). Max capacity per pod is two, with tent occupants (4), and a total of six. Camp managers will be verifying the occupancy and violators will be asked to leave immediately.
