The maximum number of vehicles allowed per reservation is 6. Trailers, buses, boats, RVs, etc, are not permitted. No Street Parking. * Trash pickup Trash must be bagged. Bagged trash must be left at the porch in/around the brown bin, NOT ON THE STREET OR ON THE GRASS ( HOA will impose a fine of $100/day if trash is left on the grass or on the street). Trash is only picked up once a day. Please put trash out early in the morning. *Security camera: No security camera inside the house. The ring door bell at the front door will be on during your stay. SELF-CATERING INFORMATION: • All accommodations are self-catering. Each home offers a fully equipped kitchen including a full-size Refrigerator, Stove Top/Oven, Microwave, Dishwasher, Washing Machine and Dryer, Drinking Cups and Glasses, Dishware, Flatware, Cookware and Dining Utensils.
