If you need more please contact owner for options. Absolutely no parties allowed and no more than the maximum number of guests as listed in ad. 1 dog allowed with pet fee. Must be kept on first floor and off carpets. We provide a baby gate for bottom of stairs. Whole house except garage which owners have key pad entry to for storage of personal items and tools. We live next door and happy to provide as much or as little interaction as you may need. Very responsive via text or calling if you have any issues. Quiet neighborhood with many walkers on on their way to our dead end street along the lake. Lakefront Park and the village downtown is a short 10 minute walk away, with a beautiful beachfront and several options for meals or ice cream. Many summer street festivals, live music and waterski shows throughout the summer. Cars are the mostly likely transport however very walkable to downtown and we have some great trails nearby for those interested in cycling! Absolutely no parking on grass! Will result in immediate cancellation of your stay. There are 4 parking spots in the driveway.
