Relax and enjoy the beach life in San Diego in this beautifully decorated 2 bedroom oceanfront condo in Pacific Beach with fantastic light and views of the Pacific Ocean from the unit. The Ocean Point complex features a pool, hot tub, courtyard and bbq. This property is just steps from the ocean and fully stocked with beach items for your use. All the amenities of Pacific Beach are just a couple blocks away including Crystal Pier, restaurants, bars and shopping. The space This two bedroom corner unit on the third floor gets excellent light and has a fantastic view of San Diego, the ocean and Crystal Pier from the living room. There is an excellent surf break in front of the unit. One bedroom has a king bed and the other bedroom has a queen bed with sink and vanity. Both rooms have flat screen smart TVs (58” in bedroom with king bed, 45” in smaller bedroom). The full bathroom has a shower over the tub. The couch is a day bed (twin size mattress) and there is a twin trundle bed under the couch. There is also a bean bag chair and a couple other comfy chairs in the living room. The modern updated kitchen with new cabinets and appliances is fully stocked. The coffee table lifts up to the size of a regular height table and is the perfect instant workspace, dining table or game table. We have 4 padded folding chairs in the closet of the smaller bedroom to use with this table. The living room has a 65 inch flat screen smart TV and also charter spectrum cable. During the day, enjoy views of the ocean and palm trees and watching people surf by the pier. At night, enjoy views of the city lights while you listen to the peaceful sound of waves crashing. The property is on the boardwalk in Pacific Beach with walking/biking path directly in front of the complex. For your beach days, we have beach chairs, towels, a beach umbrella, and boogie boards in the garage storage cabinet for your use. There is also a large laundry room in the garage that takes coins and credit cards. There are tons of restaurants serving all kinds of food within walking distance from casual dining and fast food to fine dining. There is a lively nightlife scene as well with clubs, dive bars, sports bars all within walking distance. Shopping is also plentiful with Urban Outfitters and Brandy Melville just a block away (you can see them from the living room window), lots of surf shops, local boutiques and a very cool store called Pangaea on Garnet and Bayard about 5 blocks from the condo. This is a non-smoking property (no nicotine products or cannabis including vape pens anywhere on the property) and very strict about noise. HOA rules require that you keep noise levels to a minimum so that nothing can be heard outside of the unit. Only people who are staying in the unit with you are allowed at the property. Only guests who are staying at the property are allowed in the pool and hot tub area. Children under 15 must be supervised at all times in common areas. Any violation of the rules may result in a fine that you would be responsible for paying. Large vehicles not recommended. I provide a starter kit of items but if you are staying for an extended period of time you will need additional toilet paper and likely other supplies from Ralphs grocery store which is just 4 blocks away. I provide: a roll of paper towels, 3 rolls of toilet paper, shampoo/conditioner, hand soap, body soap, 1 kitchen sponge, dish soap, dishwasher soap, trash bags, Keurig K-cup pods. coffee filters and salt & pepper. I provide all linens including sheets, pillows, pillowcases, blankets, bath towels, hand towels, washcloths, beach towels, kitchen towels and bath mats. Guest access One private parking space in the secure underground garage is available for your use. Other things to note The clearance for the underground parking garage is 6 feet so please plan accordingly. Rooftop storage containers will not make the clearance. Large vehicles are not recommended.
