Kitchen: We have a nice and open kitchen with plenty of countertop space, large island with four barstools.The kitchen includes stainless steel appliances, quartz counters, a large island ,pots and pans are provided. Dining: There is a large kitchen island with four stools, a dining room table with four chairs . Living Room: we have a leather sofa for three seats and two shell leather chairs , coffee table and two side tables + 65 Smart TV . Laundry Room: there is an in- Unit washer and dryer, we provide detergent . Toiletries: We include toilet paper, paper towels, dish soap, dishwasher pods, shampoo and conditioner to get your started. Grill: A gas grill and propane tank are provided, the tanks can be exchanged (as needed) by guests for about $20 at any local hardware store. Patio: There is a patio in the back of the house with a sofa for two seats and two accent chais and coffee table. The entire house is exclusively for the guests. we are a text away and live 20 minutes from the property.
