The space Hook, Wine & Sinker SPI is truly a one of a kind resort condo where you never have to leave. Just bring your food and beverages and you are set for your vacation! You will go through 2 security gates and your condo is 12 feet away from the beautiful Laguna Madre waterfront. Sit on the back patio under the umbrella with a cool drink while you watch kite boarders, wind surfers, kayakers, boats, sunset cruise boats, snorkel boats, etc. Chill in the heated infinity edge pool that overlooks the water or bask in the hot tub (overlooking the water too). In the morning, you can grab your coffee mug, sit on the steps by the canal, and watch dolphins or the pelicans dive for fish. Bring your boat/jet ski and park it in the water in one of the guest slips and fish every day without pulling your boat out every day. There are so many activities that you never have to leave the resort. Guest access To come into the resort, you will need to pass 2 security gates. We will provide the codes once you are booked and our rental agreement is completed and signed. Other things to note *GUEST POLICY IS STRICT AND ENFORCED. Only registered guests are allowed access to the condo. DO NOT RISK EVICTION WITHOUT REFUND. -No loud music/noise after 11 pm. Disturbing loud noise and music must end before 11:00 p.m. -Please abide by posted rules at the pool, and common areas. - All renter’s vehicles must display a valid parking permit  Parking is very limited, please limit the vehicles to 2 and park only in the designated 403 spot or in the guest spaces. Vehicles without permits will be towed away at the owner’s expense. -Please do not open both doors at the same time. This causes a wind tunnel effect and slams the door breaking the door jambs. -Patio doors must be kept closed at all times. Salty sea air will corrode interior fixtures quickly. -DO NOT TAMPER WITH THE FIRE ALARM SYSTEM OR THE SMOKE DETECTORS IN THE CONDO. You could be prosecuted to the fullest extent of the law. - Pool furniture cannot be removed from the pool area. - Wristbands must be worn at all times and returned at the end of your vacation. -Please be very considerate of other condo owners who also are enjoying their vacation.
