Our luxury home offers the best of OIB located on expansive Jink's Creek, a short 2 block (3 minute) walk to the beach. There are multiple decks and porches to enjoy the outdoors. New private swimming pool, putting/chipping green, and outdoor loungers. Fish from the dock or enjoy the over water gazebo. The house is spacious with over 4300 sq ft, 5 large bedrooms/baths. The space There are 5 bedrooms each with ensuite bathrooms. There is a fully stocked, large kitchen with top of the line appliances including Viking and Subzero. An indoor game room with foosball table and arcade games is the perfect place to spend time after a long day on the waterways and beach. There is also a ping pong table, corn hole and other games in the ground floor lounge space. As a guest, you will have access to kayaks and stand-up paddle boards for exploring Jink's Creek and the nearby Intracostal Waterway. There is also a beach cart, beach chairs, and toys for your use as well. There is an outdoor shower to rinse off after a day outdoors and an adjacent outdoor bathroom as well. Our home is designed for families and friends to gather and reconnect. We are happy to provide dining and activity recommendations. Guest access The island is easy to navigate by car, golf cart or bicycles. There is garage parking available for 1 vehicle and room to park 4 other vehicles off-street if needed. Passcode access will be provided prior to check-in. Other things to note Frequently asked questions 1. Are linens included? Yes, luxury linens (sheets, bath towels/washcloths, dishtowels and beach towels) are included. 2. Are there restaurants and activities nearby? We are happy to provide recommendations for local restaurants, grocery stores, in-home chef services, bakers and nearby activities (golf, fishing, zip lining, planetarium, putt-putt, pickle-ball, basketball, museums etc). 3. How close is the beach access? We are less than a 2 block walk to the Duneside beach access. Handicap/wheelchair access is 3 block walk/easy golf cart ride away. 4. What is the closest airport? Myrtle Beach International Airport (MYR) is 45 miles. Wilmington International Airport (ILM) is 47 miles. There is a local car/transport service available. 5. Do you allow pets? Unfortunately, pets are not allowed. 6. Is your house kid friendly? Yes. There is a high chair, booster chair and pack-n-play available for use. TONS of games for the beach and house are included. 7. Is there an extra charge for heating the pool? Yes, there is an extra charge of $600 per week to heat the pool. 8. Can we use the hot-tub? Yes, the hot-tub is available for our weekly and monthly guests staying after Labor Day and before Memorial Day that are planning on utilizing the heated pool as well.
