Enjoy a game of golf or dinner at Bob's Steak House. Grab a cup of Peets's coffee or a sandwich at the Marketplace. A short walk outside the resort is Gelson's to either grab a few things to cook a meal in your condo, or shop online and have your goodies delivered. South Ponto Beach is only a 5 minute drive away. Q: Could you please tell me about your cancellation policy? A: Anything booked within 30 days of arrival, there will be no refund. $250.00 cancellation fee at any point. Purchasing travel insurance is always a good idea. We offer this through CSA if you are interested. Q: Is there both a washer and dryer in the unit?
