If your group needs extra sleeping space, the inflatable mattress can be set up in the living room, bringing the total capacity to 8 guests. All three bedrooms are upstairs and are designed for a restful stay, with queen beds, comfortable mattresses, linens, pillows, duvets, nightstands, closet storage, and ceiling fans. One bedroom includes a private en-suite bathroom, while the other two share a second full bathroom. Both upstairs bathrooms include tub and shower combinations. Williams is at 7,000ft above sea level and averages 70” of snow per year. Snow typically starts in late November and can last as late as June. The snowiest months are December through March and the snow amounts can vary greatly from year to year. If you choose to travel in Northern Arizona during the winter months you should be prepared to drive in the snow. Look ahead at the weather forecast as your trip gets closer and plan ahead. Keep extra food, water and blankets in the car in case you are stuck somewhere for an extended period of time. We will shovel the driveway and front walk to the door of the home once a storm has finished. Be prepared to shovel yourself if needed.
