The main level at Endless Summer includes a well-appointed kitchen; fully stocked with dishes, glasses, silverware, cooking necessities, basic pantry items, serving dishes, a blender, coffee maker, toaster over, beach coolers, ice packs, a crock pot and more! Relaxing and refreshing is the ahhhh-mazing breeze when both balcony doors are open in the cooler months. A half bath and the compact washer and dryer are located on the first floor off of the kitchen. Time to unwind and enjoy that Endless Summer feeling! Serene and peaceful, calm and inviting; It’ll be easy to call Endless Summer home in the King or Queen 2nd floor bedroom suite. The King bedroom offers a lake view, walk in closet, hangers, 2 nightstands with built in usb ports, bedside lamps, a large dresser, 50” smart Tv and En-Suite bathroom. The Queen bedroom is well outfitted with 2 nightstands, usb ports, bedside lamps, tall dresser, 40” smart TV, desk with chair, and En-Suite bathroom. This room also has a "chair and a half" that opens to a bed suitable for a small child (not a teen or an adult) ______________________________ Endless Summer's balcony overlooks the lake and you can often hear people chatting on the walking path or at the pool, a tennis game in the distance and sometimes music from Twisted Tuna, when the doors are open. Please inquire with us for additional details. _________________________________ TEMPORARY NOTE: IMPORTANT: Our community's 3rd nail project to further secure the roof on all structures, is now completed (November 12, 2023) There was damage by the roofers, to our screened-in enclosure, which causes debris to enter the screened in area. We are awaiting the HOA to coordinate for our replacement/repair of our screens. If they will be on site during your stay, we will be sure to provide notice, as soon as they notify us of scheduled date/time. _____________________________________ Please note by reserving this vacation rental Guest acknowledges and agrees to the following: 1. On Beach Time Vacation Rentals requires Guest ID verification, security deposit authorization and short term agreement with e-signature for access to the property. Guest registration is required for community HOA parking permit. ID verifications are required for ALL guests over 18 years of age. 2. The booking guest must be present for check-in, and for the duration of the stay. 3. Direct Bookings, no cc processing fee IF payment is made via check, wire or ACH payment. Booking via Vrbo, the "host fee" you will see in your charges lists an "admin fee", this is the cc processing fee. 4. Bookings within 24 hours of arrival require prep time; Our HOA requires a guest to be registered prior to arrival. ID verifications and completed short term agreement must be submitted to gain access to the property. Check in time may be after our standard 4pm check in time if information is not received. **no credits or refunds will be given** 5. There is a ring doorbell camera outside the entrance door. The camera is not actively monitored and is for security purposes. The ring may not be tampered with. 6. Violations of the Short Term Agreement will result in forfeiture of deposit, immediate termination of stay with no refunds for unused time and may be subject to additional fees related to the violation. 7. 4 Adults Max. 8. Parking permit for 1 vehicle is provided-Id verifications are required to obtain the permit. A second vehicle can be registered for overnight parking-a permit is REQUIRED. A fee of $25 is assessed separately for the second vehicle. 9. Guests are responsible for any and all damage occurring on the premises during their stay. Smoking, unauthorized events, filming and illegal activity or violations of the short term agreement in the premises will result in an automatic forfeit of deposit. Any additional damages are payable within 24 hours of proof of payment. Guest releases On Beach Time Vacation Rentals and its associates of any and all liability and ensures that they are covered by their own health/accident insurance. _____________________________________________________________________________ Pets are NOT permitted in the unit. Our HOA requires ALL animals on property to provide proof of vaccination and a health check up w/in the last 30 days, this also applies to service animals with no exceptions. Service animals may NOT be left in the unit alone. Doorbell camera will be used to monitor this policy. Service animals are NOT permitted on furniture. Service animals are NOT permitted to use piddle pads in the home. Owner MUST pick up after their service animals and properly dispose of feces in the dumpster/bin on the ground floor. A $300 deposit in addition to the standard deposit for the stay, is required for all service animals. Sadly, many attempt to sneak their pets in or use false certifications to bring animals into a vacation home. We kindly ask that you do NOT book with us if that is your intent. Violations of the above will result in an automatic forfeiture of deposit, an additional cleaning fee and immediate termination of stay with no refunds for unused time. Guests will receive an email from On Beach Time Vacation Rentals once booking is completed on Airbnb. A short term agreement, security deposit authorization and ID verifications are required within 48 hours of booking, and for access to the property. ID verifications are required for all guests over 18 years of age. Arrival day/Checkout Day information will be included in the short term agreement, welcome email (auto sent upon completion of sta/deposit authorization) and Digital Welcome Guide. Keypad access to Endless Summer and keypad code will be provided on check-in day, via text message to the booking guest, about 30 minutes prior to check-in time. Guests have the entire unit to themselves, there are no shared spaces in the unit. There are 2 locked owners closets that do not interfere with guest space. On Beach Time Vacation Rentals is available for guests while on site, 24 hours a day. We're close by if needed, but won't intrude on your stay. We're also in Zeke's free golf cart zone! Think free uber (tips only), just in a Golf Cart -with door to door on call service. Zeke's will take you to all the places listed below!! IMPORTANT to NOTE: The US1 bridge will be closed beginning March 13, 2023. The driving detour (photo in listing) will 5 minutes around to ALT A1A. The golf cart service will not have access to our community during the time of the bridge closure.
