Modern chic meets coastal comfort in the main floor open living space with one of the most comfortable sofa's we’ve EVER sat on! Enjoy your morning coffee or afternoon smoothie on the side balcony gazing at the Jupiter Lighthouse or have lunch and play Tiki Toss, while enjoying the lake view on the large, covered, screened in patio.The indoor dining area is equipped with seating for 5 and 2 additional outdoor seating areas make the first floor a great place to gather after a long day at the beach, or exploring the amazing activities Jupiter has to offer. The main level at Endless Summer includes a well-appointed kitchen; fully stocked with dishes, glasses, silverware, cooking necessities, basic pantry items, serving dishes, a blender, coffee maker, toaster over, beach coolers, ice packs, a crock pot and more! Relaxing and refreshing is the ahhhh-mazing breeze when both balcony doors are open in the cooler months. A half bath and the compact washer and dryer are located on the first floor off of the kitchen. Time to unwind and enjoy that Endless Summer feeling! Serene and peaceful, calm and inviting; It’ll be easy to call Endless Summer home in the King or Queen 2nd floor bedroom suite. The King bedroom offers a lake view, walk in closet, hangers, 2 nightstands with built in usb ports, bedside lamps, a large dresser, 50” smart Tv and En-Suite bathroom. The Queen bedroom is well outfitted with 2 nightstands, usb ports, bedside lamps, tall dresser, 40” smart TV, desk with chair, and En-Suite bathroom. This room also has a "chair and a half" that opens to a bed suitable for a small child (not a teen or an adult) ______________________________ Endless Summer's balcony overlooks the lake and you can often hear people chatting on the walking path or at the pool, a tennis game in the distance and sometimes music from Twisted Tuna, when the doors are open. On Beach Time Vacation Rentals requires Guest ID verification, security deposit authorization and short term agreement with e-signature for access to the property. A link will be sent via Airbnb to sign and upload your documents on our secure site, after Airbnb booking is accepted. Guest registration is required for community HOA parking permit. ID verifications (clear photos) are required for ALL guests over 18 years of age. ID must match credit card for security deposit. 2. The booking guest must be present for check-in, and for the duration of the stay. 3. Direct Bookings, no cc processing fee IF payment is made via check, wire or ACH payment. Booking via Vrbo, the "host fee" you will see in your charges lists an "admin fee", this is the cc processing fee. 4. Bookings within 24 hours of arrival require prep time; Our HOA requires a guest to be registered prior to arrival. ID verifications and completed short term agreement must be submitted to gain access to the property. Check in time may be after our standard 4pm check in time if information is not received. **no credits or refunds will be given** 5. There is a ring doorbell camera outside the entrance door. Security camera records video and voice, however it is not actively monitored. Cameras may not be covered or tampered with by guest. Owner/Manager reserves the right to view the cameras to verify guest count, or if any complaints are received. 6. Violations of the Short Term Agreement will result in forfeiture of deposit, immediate termination of stay with no refunds for unused time and may be subject to additional fees related to the violation. 7. 4 Adults Max. 8. Parking permit for 1 vehicle is provided-Id verifications are required to obtain the permit. A second vehicle can be registered for overnight parking-a permit is REQUIRED. A fee of $25 is assessed separately for the second vehicle. 9. Guests are responsible for any and all damage occurring on the premises during their stay. Smoking, unauthorized events, filming and illegal activity or violations of the short term agreement in the premises will result in an automatic forfeit of deposit. Any additional damages are payable within 24 hours of proof of payment. Guest releases On Beach Time Vacation Rentals and its associates of any and all liability and ensures that they are covered by their own health/accident insurance. _____________________________________________________________________________ Pets are NOT permitted in the unit. Our HOA requires ALL animals on property to provide proof of vaccination and a health check up w/in the last 30 days, this also applies to service animals with no exceptions. Service animals may NOT be left in the unit alone. Doorbell camera will be used to monitor this policy. Service animals are NOT permitted on furniture. Service animals are NOT permitted to use piddle pads in the home. Owner MUST pick up after their service animals and properly dispose of feces in the dumpster/bin on the ground floor. A $300 deposit in addition to the standard deposit for the stay, is required for all service animals. Sadly, many attempt to sneak their pets in or use false certifications to bring animals into a vacation home. We kindly ask that you do NOT book with us if that is your intent. Violations of the above will result in an automatic forfeiture of deposit, an additional cleaning fee and immediate termination of stay with no refunds for unused time. Guest access -Arrival day/Checkout Day information will be included in the short term agreement, welcome email and the Guest Digital Welcome Guide. -Keypad access to Endless Summer and keypad code will be provided ON check in day via text message about 30 minutes prior to check-in time. -Guests will receive a welcome email once booking is complete with short term agreement. -ID verification (all guests over 18-clear photo of person holding their ID), security deposit authorization with credit card and short-term agreement are required for access to the home. A link will be sent via Airbnb to sign, and to upload your documents on our secure site, after Airbnb booking is accepted. ID must match credit card. -Key pad access is ONLY for Guests registered on the Short Term Vacation Rental Agreement. -No unregistered Guests are permitted on property. -Guests have the entire unit to themselves, there are no shared spaces in the unit. -There are 2 locked owners closets that do not interfere with guest space.
