This has been our home for 28 years.We enjoy sharing it with guests on days where we will be not using the home.We love Marquette and know that those that stay here will love it too. This 4 bedroom home has a finished walk out basement so everyone will have plenty of room.The location is central Marquette with ability to easily walk to shops, restaurants, breweries, and Lake Superior beaches.Short 5-10 minute drive to NMU campus, ski hill, Greywalls golf, Heritage golf, NTN biking hiking trails The space This classic four square design home has 4 upstairs bedrooms as and a finished basement. The back yard has a firepit and covered storage under deck for bikes or other guests things. Guests do not have garage access. Guest access Entire home 3 levels Guests have no shared spaces with other guests but garage is locked by homeowners and guests do not use this but there is covered space under in deck for guest use. Other things to note If you have an EV and need to charge access can be provided to charge with adjacent EV charger. Approx $20 for full charge. Contact Wendy to coordinate
