Although we recommend staying within the 1.5-acre walkable area for safety, there's plenty to explore and enjoy! Private Waterfront & Adventure Gear: Revel in unrestricted access to your very own waterfront. Launch provided kayaks or simply admire the diverse wildlife. Life jackets in various sizes are available for your safety. Kayaks will only be available between Mid-March till the start of October. Fully Equipped Kitchen: Prepare delicious meals in our well-stocked kitchen, featuring an air fryer, instant pot, slow cooker, and air-pop popcorn maker—perfect for cozy movie nights in the home theater. Scenic Wildlife Haven: Nestled in the picturesque Hood Canal area along Case Inlet, our property is a sanctuary for local wildlife. Keep an eye out for deer, harbor seals, otters, eagles, and other creatures. We kindly ask that you respect their space and refrain from touching or feeding them. Guest access Welcome to our lovely home, where you'll have full access to the main areas for a comfortable and enjoyable stay. Our spacious four-car garage on the main level and three additional parking spots in the front driveway provide ample parking for you and your guests. For your convenience, you may also park up to three cars near the lower garage by the solarium. Please note that certain areas, such as a few marked closets, the lowest level storage unit, and the side of the garage with the gym, will remain locked for your safety and privacy. We kindly request that you refrain from entering these areas and respect the property boundaries south of the driveway, as our friendly neighbors share the driveway with us. You'll be delighted to know that the beautiful beach in front of the house is private and exclusively yours to enjoy. However, please be mindful of the local wildlife, such as seals and otters, that share our beach. In compliance with Washington State law, we ask that you do not disturb these lovely creatures during your stay. We also ask that you do not pick oysters or clams. Other things to note Rental Agreement and Waiver of Liability By booking this property located at 2086 E Grapeview Loop Road, Grapeview, WA 98546, you (“Guest”) agree to this Rental Agreement and Waiver of Liability with the host (“Host”) and understand that it affects your legal rights. You agree as follows: Payment: You have agreed to pay the total rental fee for the entire rental period as indicated on the Airbnb platform. Security Deposit: A security deposit as indicated on the Airbnb platform may be charged. It will be refunded to you after the end of the rental period, less any deductions for damages or other charges as provided in this Agreement and the Airbnb policy. Use of Property and Amenities: a. You agree to use the Property and its amenities, including but not limited to exercise equipment, and ocean access, in a careful and safe manner and in accordance with any instructions provided by the Host. b. You acknowledge that using exercise equipment, and swimming in the ocean carry inherent risks of injury or illness. You agree to assume all risks associated with the use of these amenities. c. You shall not use the Property or its amenities for any illegal or unauthorized purpose. Waiver of Liability: a. You hereby waive, release, and discharge the Host, and the Host’s agents, representatives, and employees, from any and all liability, claims, demands, actions, and causes of action whatsoever, whether at law or in equity, whether known or unknown, arising out of or related to any loss, damage, or injury, including death, that may be sustained by you or any of your property while using the Property or its amenities, including but not limited to exercise equipment, and ocean access. b. You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless the Host from any and all losses, liabilities, damages, and expenses, including reasonable attorney’s fees, arising out of or related to your use of the Property or its amenities. General Provisions: a. This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Washington. b. If any provision of this Agreement is held to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue to be valid and enforceable. c. This Agreement contains the entire agreement between the Parties and supersedes all prior agreements and understandings, if any, relating to the subject matter hereof.
