The Primary bedroom is upstairs on the main living floor. It has a king bed, 55” Smart TV w/ cable, large windows & a private entrance to the upstairs bathroom, which features a jetted tub & stand-alone shower. Bedroom 2 is downstairs with a queen bed & sliding glass door to the backyard. Bedrooms 3 and 4 are both downstairs and both have a queen bed. Bathroom 2 is downstairs with a walk-in shower. The person booking this home must be one of the guests during the entire stay. - The City of South Lake Tahoe Vacation Rental Ordinance mandates quiet hours are 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM and are strictly enforced. - The maximum number of cars allowed at this home is 3, with 2 in the garage and 1 in the driveway. There is no parking on street or unpaved yard. - Exceeding occupancy, parking, or violating the quiet hours will result in eviction and fines of $2000 or more. - Check out time is 10:00am, you will be charged an additional fee if you do not vacate the home by this time. (See our Rental Agreement for specifics on charges). - Our RnR Advantage Plan is included within the management fee quoted in your booking. This plan protects you against accidental damage up to $1,000. - No weddings, events, or bachelor/bachelorette parties - IMPORTANT: Your reservation requires a completed and signed rental agreement. It will be provided when you book your stay and must be returned within 48 hours.
