The space Welcome to your home on Hope Street - a collection of eight modern townhomes located just one block from lively Frankford Avenue in the heart of trendy Fishtown. Each home comes with one of the most prized possessions in all of Fishtown: your very own parking spot. And it’s free. No meters, no circling the block, and no need to sacrifice your firstborn for it (we love kids… almost as much as we love pets). Inside, each home spans three spacious levels designed for comfort, connection, and a touch of Philly flair: First Floor: A sleek, modern kitchen with everything you need to cook like a pro, plus a dining table that comfortably seats eight. The living room features a massive 75-inch TV and sliding glass doors that open fully to a cute private patio - perfect for coffee, cocktails, or just soaking in that fresh Philly air (we promise it’s fresher than it sounds). Second Floor: The primary bedroom boasts a large ensuite bathroom, while a second bedroom down the hall has its own full bathroom just steps away - so close it might as well be ensuite. Basement Level: A fully finished space with a third bedroom, its own full bathroom, TV, washer and dryer, and a window for natural light - it’s basically a private suite for whoever claims it first. And yes, we’ll say it again because it’s worth repeating: you get your own parking spot right behind the property. We’ve also stocked the space with a few essentials to get you started – Keurig coffee pods, laundry and dishwasher detergent pods, a sponge, bath soap, and shampoo - so you can unpack, unwind, and start enjoying your stay right away. Traveling with little ones? We’ve got you covered with a Pack ’n Play, highchair, and cot available upon request. And if you’re bringing your furry friend, they’re welcome too - for a small pet fee, of course. Guest access Guests will have exclusive access to the entire home—this is a private, non-shared space. Self check-in is easy and convenient, with instructions sent 3 hours before your arrival for a smooth check-in. Other things to note Parties are not tolerated and will incur a $500 fine plus eviction. Please keep noise done to a normal level beginning at 10pm. Registration Details 836024
