This 5 bedroom/3.5 bathroom penthouse features breathtaking views from a huge span of windows. The living area is open and spacious and provides phenomenal views of the Gulf of Mexico and the beach! A large private balcony helps provide even more beach views, while a 2nd balcony gives you a view of the island and the bay. Plenty of seating is provided whether it's for dining, watching TV, or simply enjoying the views! This unit features TWO master bedrooms each with an in suite bathroom. Guests also have the choice of 3 additional guest bedrooms. This fully-stocked penthouse can comfortably accommodate 12 guests on a luxurious vacation! Each reservation is provided with a STARTER KIT of essentials ONLY (toilet paper, paper towels, trash bags, soap, shampoo/conditioner, dish soap, laundry detergent, coffee & filters, olive oil, and salt & pepper). Depending on the number of guests in your party and/or the length of your stay, these may not last for the duration of your reservation and you may need to purchase additional items on your own. Please also note that the following items are not universally provided or guaranteed to be in the home, and therefore, we recommend that you bring these items if required to make your stay more enjoyable: condiments and spices, cleaning wipes, bottled water, hair dryer, ice & cooler, beach towels, beach chairs, toys, floats, sun lotion/sun block, extra blankets and pillows, pack-n-play, high chair, stroller, baby gates, and/or first aid kit.
