This spacious, 3-bedroom, 3-bathroom townhouse sleeps 8 with a king bed, a queen bed, a twin-over-full bunk bed, and a twin bed with twin trundle. There are two primary suites, one with a king bed. It has two living areas, private laundry and treed views with mountains in the distance. Centrally located in Silverthorne so you’re near Keystone, Arapahoe Basin, Dillon, Breckenridge, Copper Mountain and Vail. The space And the Summit Stage bus stop is just north of the entrance to the complex on the main road. The entryway offers a storage bench for your convenience while coming and going throughout the day. The living area features hardwood floors, beautiful views, and a mounted flat screen smart TV. The private deck is just off the living area and features treed views and mountains in the distance. The full-sized kitchen is stocked with all the essential cookware and tableware to make a meal away from home. The dining area comfortably seats five with three additional seats at the breakfast bar. Both primary suites are upstairs. The first primary suite features a king-sized bed, a dedicated work area with desk, and beautiful views. The en suite bathroom has double sinks and a walk-in shower. The second primary suite features a queen-sized bed and more beautiful views. The en suite bathroom has double sinks with granite countertops and a shower/tub combination. There is a washer and dryer on this level and laundry detergent has been provided for your convenience. Downstairs in the basement is the second living area and a guest bedroom. The living area is great for movie and game nights. It features a mounted flat screen TV and a foosball table. The guest bedroom has a twin-over-full bunk bed and a twin-sized bed with a twin trundle. There is a guest bathroom with a single sink vanity and a shower/tub combination.
