The space This modern Craftsman/NW Contemporary Lake House is designed to give you the best views of lake Martha. Great to unwind with friends and family and enjoy the lake life. While we understand these situations can be inconvenient, they are often beyond our control. Guest access You will have access to the entire house and the lake with private dock and water toys. Other things to note Please be advised that all guests will be asked to sign a rental usage agreement that governs the terms of the stay. By completing the reservation you agree to the following: « You agree to be bound by our rental terms and conditions. « You understand that your check-in instructions might be withheld until you have successfully completed our verification portal. - No parties, events, or large gatherings whatsoever. A $2,000 charge will be made to your account if you have a party or event. Your reservation will be canceled, and you will be asked to leave without a refund. - There is parking in front of the house. Please do not block any of the neighbors driveways. - There are steps that lead to front door. - In order to book this property, a waiver must be signed. - This house has 2 private bedrooms. The master suite is the entire second floor which is a semi private open loft with a master bathroom and office space. (see photos) - Lake Martha is a quiet lake and is great for fishing and kayaking. (no motor boats or jet skies allowed) Pet Info: Please let us know in advance if you are bringing pets (dogs only). A fee of $15 per dog per night applies, with a maximum of 2 dogs allowed at one time. Failure to disclose pets will result in a $150 fine for unauthorized pets. Only small or medium dogs allowed. We kindly ask that you keep pets off sofas, throws, pillows, sheets, and comforters. Excessive hair found on these items may incur additional cleaning charges.
