The beautifully designed two-story townhouse is a tasteful mix between modern and cabin cozy. The entire home was completely remodeled and offers a well-appointed kitchen, crisp and comfortable bedding, and textiles that will embrace you like a 5-star resort. The location is incredible allowing you to park your car on-site and walk downtown. The living room includes an electric fireplace and TV, kitchen, dining, laundry, and half bathroom are located on the main floor. There are two queen bedrooms with new wall A/C units and one full bathroom upstairs. One bedroom has a TV. The kitchen is fully stocked with high-quality dishes, pots/pans, and kitchenware, as well as spices, coffee, tea, a full-size refrigerator, dishwasher, and stackable washer/dryer. A dishwasher and laundry detergent is provided. We do have kids' dishes and utensils, a booster high chair, pack-n-play, and a baby gate (for the stairs if you have toddlers). Board games and some toys are available in the coat and laundry closets. Basic cable TV is available and you may log into any of your streaming apps on either of the smart TVs. The home is connected to Fiber internet. There is a shared patio area with a gas BBQ, picnic table, lounge chairs, and hot tub. We offer 4 beach towels and plastic cups in the laundry closet for use at the hot tub area. From Spring until late Fall you will have access to cruiser bicycles and helmets (4 available) for your enjoyment around town. We do require a liability waiver signed prior to being given the bike lock code. Guests will have the entire home to themselves. You will be given a code to the smart front door lock shortly before arrival. The condo is located in a quiet cul de sac. Covered parking onsite in space #1. Walking distance to downtown. Use of the bicycles requires a signed liability waiver per person requesting a bicycle. I can esign this to you prior to check-in or email you a pdf. There are 4 bikes including one lady’s bike. *please note that additional people (beyond 4 guests) checking in will be charged $75/day per person. Owner permission is required for more than 4 guests.
