Large backyard with a HEATED, screened-in pool, awesome firepit, plus a picnic table and gas grill for outdoor fun! Enjoy 4 bedrooms (2 King beds, 1 Queen, 2 Twins plus a sleeper sofa) and 3 full bathrooms. Three bedrooms are ensuites (bathroom directly connected to the bedroom). Both King bedrooms have Roku TVs. Whether you're coming to Tampa Bay for a wedding, golf trip, Phillies game, a family reunion or for the #1 beach in the country (Clearwater Beach), you'll love this house! In a quiet neighborhood, you'll arrive at a big driveway that can fit 4 cars (no street parking, but you can also park in the garage). Enter a spacious living room with 3 sofas and a Roku TV where everyone can enjoy movie night! You'll see a dining table that seats 8, plus a high-chair for the little one. The dining room has a great view of the pool, with a big sliding glass door. A second living room has a comfortable couch (which is also a Queen sleeper bed!), a desk and another sliding glass door to the pool. The in-ground pool is where you'll be spending your days! Fully screened-in, and heated to 83 degrees year-round, it starts shallow with stairs and a safely railing and goes up to 6 feet deep. Right past the pool, the incredible back yard has a huge oak tree, a picnic table and a custom wood-burning firepit (don't forget the s'mores skewers in the kitchen!) There's also a gas BBQ for easy grilling. The full kitchen has everything you need for home-cooked meals. The split floor plan means plenty of privacy. On the left is the large Master Suite, with it's own bathroom, King bed, dresser and a Roku TV. On the right you'll find a second King room with a Roku TV, with a "Jack and Jill" bathroom, which connects separately to the quiet Queen bedroom. And if course, the fourth bedroom has two Twin beds so there is space for everyone. Next to it is the guest bathroom with a tub and shower, plus another door to the pool! All three bathrooms are stocked with towels, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, Qtips, etc. Other amenities include: - Fast wifi - Three Roku TVs for your Netflix, Hulu, Amazon Prime, etc. Plenty of free TV and movies to stream too. - Coffee and tea, including a coffee maker and electric kettle - Free on-site washer and dryer with laundry soap - 4 off-street parking spaces (free of course) Attractions close by: 5 minute walk (less than 1 mile) to Phillies spring training stadium (BayCare Park) 5 minutes to Pinellas Trail (great for biking or walking) 15 minutes to Clearwater Beach, voted #1 in beach in the US! 15 minutes to Clearwater Marine Aquarium 20 minutes to Honeymoon Island Beach and State Park 25 minutes to Indian Rocks Beach (our favorite!) 25 minutes from Tampa Bay Buccaneers stadium (Raymond James Stadium) 35 minutes from Tampa Bay Rays stadium (Tropicana Field) 40 minutes from Tampa Bay Lightening stadium (Amalie Arena) 45 minutes from Florida State Fairgrounds 45 minutes from Busch Gardens theme park and Adventure Island water park You'll have access to the entire home except for one locked closet (in the master bedroom) where our cleaners keep their supplies. We live close by and are available if you need anything, but we will give you your space and privacy :) Quiet, safe, residential neighborhood in Clearwater, centrally located just a short drive from Clearwater Beach and many other local attractions. Close to several groceries stores, Walmart, Target, etc. Cars are the recommended mode of transportation. There is a strong Uber and Lyft presence, as well as local taxis and public busses. This home is tucked away in a private neighborhood that is just blocks away from the main thoroughfares that connect all local attractions. For stays between June and November (storm season in Florida), we recommend guests opt-in to travel insurance provided by Airbnb at checkout. While Clearwater is rarely affected by storms, trips cancelled due to weather will not be refunded, so should be protected by travel insurance.
