TRX strap & a Nordic Trak elliptical,& ping pong table.3 very comfortable adult bedrooms w/over-sized beds plus bunk bed bedroom for kids.There is a pac-n-play portable crib & high chair, plus stairway safety gate. 60" 4D TV swivel wall mounted in the great room, w/ ROKU to DIRECTV STREAMING TV w/ numerous added subscriptions-same in master bedroom. Under the TV are many DVD movies, Playstation games, Roku, & Bluetooth sound bar. Full kitchen with all the gadgets. Microwave glass pop corn popper for THE best popcorn. 2 ice chests. Propane WEBER deluxe bbq &patio heater,but gas is NOT guaranteed-nearby gas station has trade out replacement bottles, but we do not reimburse. Guest manual has local restaurant menus & points of interest. 2 patio tables/w 1 covered & lighted. PLEASE NOTE:Two story house with ALL 4 BEDROOMS UPSTAIRS. All have privacy door locks.The front porch light is auto lighting the porch. Doorbell has camera & monitor.We are set up for a TOTAL OF ONLY 8 guests over 2 years of age. There is a Holiday Inn Express is 3 blocks away to accommodate unplanned for extras. Be aware there is a disincentive fee/penalty of $100/extra guest(s)/day. Please respect our space and our friendly neighbors nearby, who are aware of our every guest booking. And we have a city business permit & pay into the city a 13% occupancy tax rate each quarter. Guest access Entire house LESS locked owner cabinets drawers & closets. Garage use OK with opener fob remote on site, but it will be inventoried.Single Dog may be pre approved @ $25/day-auto water & feed bowls,licking stick,toys, & bed cushions. Must be pre agreed,so please ask.Any dog damages or poop clean may be charged also, so please check conditions as you depart. Other things to note Local service professionals phone number on the posey board in kitchen. Fire extinguishers in kitchen pantry and upstairs linen closet along with an Ironing board and iron. There is a first aid kit and emergency lighting, a vacuum & a hand vac in kitchen pantry closet.Chain ladder for emergency 2nd story fire escape in upstairs closet. Back up second refrigerator/freezer in garage. If you pay for your dog’s company, there are toys, cushions in & out, feed bowls, plus an auto watering system @ rear patio. Turn on faucet only 1/8 turn and open the diverter to auto fill attached bowl BUT PLEASE Turn all off at departure. Thx
