We absolutely want our guests to have a great time, but ending any outdoor fires and moving into the Cabin with doors closed at quiet time is the easiest way to avoid hearing from us. * The Softub is an amenity and while we will make every effort to insure a working and properly heated hot tub experience, this cannot be guaranteed. Therefore, we cannot offer cancellation or discounts should the hot tub or any other amenity not be in perfect working order. Required Disclosure: There is a Nest Hello Doorbell, which records video and sound, located at the front and back doors which are used to communicate with folks such as delivery drivers. It is also used to ensure guest capacity and the four car max rule is followed. There is also a NoiseAware monitoring system installed that monitors for loud noise (does not record) during quiet hours for ordinance compliance purposes. This is simply to avoid loud parties and blaring music that could disturb neighbors.
