There is an architectural tray ceiling with indirect lighting and plenty of granite counter space. There is also a granite-top island with cabinet and drawer space on the kitchen side. The adjacent dining area has a rectangular table seating six, as well as a corner desk and chair. Opposite the sofa is a credenza which is a wall-mounted large flat-screen TV. Sliding glass doors from the living area provide access to the gulf-front screened-in balcony that is furnished with a patio table and chairs two other chairs and a cocktail table. The view from this vantage point is expansive and includes the peacefulness of the Gulf waters and the sugar-white sand beach right in front of you. From this vantage point you will see Sanibel Island to the west, then nothing but the open Gulf of Mexico to the south. The primary bedroom with en suite bath has a king-size bed, nightstands and lamps, a five-drawer chest of drawers with a wall-mounted flat-screen TV above, and sliding glass doors out to the balcony. The windows in this bedroom also offer a great view of the beach and the Gulf of Mexico. The bathroom is accessed through a pocket sliding door into the dressing area where there is a closet and granite-top vanity with lavatory and storage space beneath. Through a pocket sliding door is the commode and a combination tub/shower. The guest bedroom, bath, and laundry area are accessible through a pocket door.
