The property is easy to get to with excellent accessibility. There are only 3 houses in the immediate area of the Maitland Road and US 14 intersection, but there are a couple of commercial buildings about 1/4 mile to the west. We do ask that guests do not climb the rocks on the Northeast side of the house to avoid any accidents.
