Guest access You will have full access to the entire home and all the resort amenities, including free parking for up to 5 vehicles! We are an accessible property: ● 2 first-floor master bedrooms that are wheelchair accessible ● Walk-in master shower with a small step-down ledge ● Wide hallways, standard bedroom doorways ● Easy access to first floor and back patio ● 1 Shower chair available ● 1 Toilet Seat Riser available ● Portable threshold ramps for front door ledge, game room doorway and patio slider are available for wheelchairs. (Please alert us if you need this set up before your stay.) ● Wide open space living area and kitchen One last thing! Travel insurance is a low-cost way to help protect you from any trip losses should you need to change your plans (family emergency, illness, weather e.g. hurricanes, etc.). Without it, you risk losing all rental fees with Vacation Alchemy if you cancel outside of your reservation’s cancellation period and policy. Other things to note INCLUDED IN YOUR RESERVATION: ● POOL AND SPA HEAT: We maintain the pool and spa at a base temperature of 70 degrees. If you would like the water warmer (Pool: 85°F / Spa: 103°F), please let us know at least 48 hours before your arrival. Heating is available for $45 per day or $270 per week plus tax (minimum of 2 consecutive days). The spa shares the same heating system as the pool and operates on a wall-mounted egg timer in 1-hour cycles. To achieve the desired spa temperature, ensure the pool heat is activated and the egg timer is engaged. Please note that the spa does not maintain elevated temperatures like a therapeutic hot tub, and it may take several cycles to reach your preferred heat level. Additionally, the heating system will not operate at full capacity when the air temperature is 50 degrees or cooler. No refunds for pool heat will be offered based on weather conditions. If you have any questions or would like to add heating, please let us know! ● PROPANE: Guests are welcome to use the grill and fire pit free of charge. Please note that propane is not included or provided. Any propane left onsite by previous guests is available for your use, but we cannot guarantee the tank will be full. Let us know if you would like to purchase full propane tanks before your arrival. ● CHILD AMENITIES: Crib, 2 Pack N Plays, 2 strollers, 2 highchairs, and a safety gate ● PET POLICY: Dogs are allowed and must be pre-authorized by the Host in writing.
