To add to the wonderful accommodations is the location which is walking distance to restaurants, boutiques, beach and beach walk. The counter includes bar stools and can be used as a work space or eating area. This open and comfortable home has plenty of room and furniture for conversation or watching a large flat screen TV. Each of two bedrooms has a queen bed. The 2nd bedroom also has a bunk bed. The large shower and double sink bathroom is a great feature. There are tiled stairs (3-4 steps) with a handrail leading to the 2nd bedroom which may not be safe for young children and people with mobility issues. There is a washer/dryer closet. Outside there is a private patio with seating and a barbecue. An additional table and 4 chairs can be found in an alcove on the side of the house. A garage and driveway are available for parking. Guest access The entire home is available to you. You will have access to a garage along with free street parking. The code for the front door will be the last 4 digits of the personal phone number of the person who made the reservation. Other things to note This property is not child proof. The tiled floors and stairs to the 2nd bedroom may not be safe for children 5 years and under. There is an outside camera on the premises. ELECTRIC CARS Charging electric cars is not permitted on the property. A $100/ week fine will be imposed. Read the Guidebook so you are familiar with the parking regulations on the street. Each weekend there will be someone who will "blow-out" the sidewalk and alcove area.
