Inquire about pet fee for stay 28+ days or longer. ✅ The City of Palm Springs does not allow any music to be heard outside of the house at any time. In addition, guests will observe quiet hours between 10pm and 10am, and keep noise to a minimum at all other times. The city provides neighbors with a 24-hour hotline to report noise concerns. Noise that disturbs neighbors may result in eviction and/or loss of all monies. Guest will be charged a minimum $1,000 fee for calls of noise/compliance complaints. The City of Palm Springs takes this very seriously and this violation will count as a strike towards our Registration Certificate causing us to potentially lose our rental permit.
