Guest access The neighborhood is easily accessed on paved roads. Free Parking is available in the 2-car garage, driveway and an additional rocked in spot on the side of the driveway. No street parking allowed between November 1-April 1 per City of Flagstaff. Other things to note ABOUT THIS SPACE Besides the coffee station equipped a Keurig, the kitchen is well stocked with the essentials (pots, pans, dishes, utensils, knives, blender, etc.) and the new appliances include a gas oven, gas range, fridge, microwave and a dishwasher. A full laundry room is located just off kitchen as well. Dining space includes a 4-seat table and a cozy breakfast nook for two. LIVING ROOM GAS FIREPLACE The gas fireplace in the living room is easy to operate. There is no pilot light so using an igniter is necessary. Get the igniter ready, which is located on top of the mantel next to the valve key tool. Start a flame and then use the key to slowly open the gas valve by turning the key, which is a small round chrome outlet installed on the left side of the fireplace opening. You should hear the gas begin to flow. Then immediately ignite the flame in the fireplace by holding the igniter under the logs. Enjoy the warmth! PLEASE be very careful in lighting and be sure to FULLY CLOSE the gas valve when finished enjoying the fireplace. CHECK IN/CHECK OUT Check in is after 3pm, Check out is no later than 10:00 am. PLEASE NOTE - NO A/C As with many properties in Flagstaff, this home does not have central air conditioning. During warmer months opening windows at night and closing during the day will keep the home cooler. OUTDOOR AREA Gather to socialize around the gas fire pit in the large wooded lot, challenge someone to a game of corn hole, or just enjoy sounds of the birds and the wind in the pines. Make dinner on the gas grill and enjoy dining outdoors under the pine trees and end the day watching the stars around the gas-burning firepit. PARKING - GARAGE AND DRIVEWAY FREE PARKING is available for two cars in the driveway and 1-2 cars in the garage. Parking on the street is permitted during summer months only. However, the city will not allow street parking between November 1-April 1. You can access the garage opener through the inside door. The lot is not totally fenced. Please keep this in mind with young children. During July and August, it’s very helpful to open the windows at night as it cools down often into the 50s. Then close the windows up in the morning so the house stays comfortable. Fans are located in all the rooms and can be placed in front of a window to help bring in cool air at night. Neighborhood rules require quiet after 10pm. No parties or smoking inside or outside.
