Relax or play with the whole family at this highly sought-after oceanfront unit. Steps to the white sandy beach and beautiful gulf waters, plus a multitude of amenities including outdoor and indoor pools, jacuzzis, basketball court, tennis court, arcade game room, workout room, racketball, kiddie pool, and splash pad being built this winter. Many activities, delicious restaurants, and fun attractions and venues close by with something for everyone to enjoy. The space It's located on the second floor with quick access to the beach *without having to go in the lobby or wait on elevators*. There is a short 8-10 step small flight of stairs. You'll feel like you have private VIP access, only having to go down a small staircase for a quick stroll to the beach, pools, splash pads, and even a green grassy area for playing lawn games with a beach backdrop. (Please note there is no elevator or ramp access, so is not wheelchair accessible). The condo is newly renovated and decorated with new bedding, mattresses, and/or new mattress pads. There are TV's in every room as well as free wifi. Guest will also have access to Netflix, Hulu, Prime Video, etc. on our smart TV in the living room, and cable in all rooms. There is a work desk in the master bedroom with a large computer screen to plug into with your laptop. Guest access Parking passes can be bought in the Phoenix 3 lobby next door to the left when facing the property (Phoenix 2). You may purchase up to two passes @ $55 each for the duration of your stay. A unique access code to the front door of the condo will be provided closer to the check-in date.
