The space This two-bedroom, two-bathroom condo is professionally decorated and can comfortably sleep up to six guests. It features a full kitchen with granite countertops and seating for two at a breakfast bar. The living room is bright, surrounded by windows and is furnished with a comfortable couch, additional seating and a flat-screen tv. There is a private balcony overlooking the beach with lounge seating and an outdoor grill. Down the hall is a work space and bedroom with a queen-sized bed and flat-screen television. There is also a private bathroom in the hall featuring a bathtub/shower combo. Ascend the winding staircase to find the primary bedroom has a king-sized bed, an ensuite bathroom featuring a jacuzzi tub, floor-to-ceiling windows and a door that opens to a private balcony overlooking the pristine emerald green waters of the Gulf of Mexico. The condo is equipped with Wi-Fi and a stacked washer and dryer. You will receive two parking passes for your stay. Guests can enjoy a complimentary daily beach chair setup consisting of two chairs and one umbrella from March - October, weather permitting. Beach Club guests have access to the state-of-the-art fitness center, heated indoor pool and jacuzzi, outdoor pool and hot tub and luxurious spa. The indoor pool has an enforced family swim time for those 17 and younger from 10 am - 6 pm. Guest access Resort amenities at Beach Club include an outdoor pool, heated indoor pool and jacuzzi, state-of-the-art fitness facility, and direct beach access. Beach Club also boasts an onsite spa, Aqua Spa at Beach Club Resort. Traditional spa and body treatments, which include massages, manicures, pedicures, facials, and more are offered by our skilled staff. We use the finest natural products to help you relax and unwind with ease. Each unit is allowed a maximum of two (2) parking spaces, accommodating no more than two vehicles. This policy ensures fair accommodation for both owners and guests. The minimum age limit to rent this unit is 25. Photo ID required at check in. Golf carts, motorcycles, R.V.s, boats, and trailers are not permitted to be driven or parked beyond the resort gates.
