This home also features an 8 person hot tub, outdoor entertainment areas with gas firepit and grill, game room with foosball, shuffleboard and ping pong table, and a super fun built in bunk room for all the kids with a hidden door entry! The space The inside is gorgeously designed and professionally decorated with all brand-new furnishings, a gourmet kitchen, upgraded finishes, smart appliances, and beautiful master bath. It has a large deck off the main entertainment room and off the master suite. There are 4 bedrooms and two living areas with a sleeper sofa which can sleep a total of 15 people. This home is SMART Home enabled with smart blinds, TVs, door locks, appliances, and thermostat. NEW FEATURE! We just added a hidden door. This door makes the access to the bunk room secret. Parents can challenge their kids to find their room. Behind the bookshelf is the entrance to the bunk room and the basement bathroom. Please be gentle though. To open, pull the shelf near the bottom third (items don’t unhinge it, just pull). Items on the shelves are secured by velcro but could come off if it isn’t handled with care. It’s best to leave the door open once found, to prevent damage. Guest access This the perfect base camp for all your activities in and around Grand Lake. And there are a lot of options at the house to keep you and your family entertained between activities. There is plenty of room to play and store all your gear in this large 4 bedroom 3 bathroom house with 2 car garage. The large driveway offers parking for six vehicles and you can drive your snowmobile or ATV up the road to access all the scenic trails. Other things to note For safety and liability purposes, there is a Nest doorbell at the front door and a Nest security camera in the back yard. Both are always on and recording when motion or noise is detected. All guests must be accounted for on reservation. A guest is anyone on the property for any time period. We do not permit unauthorized parties or gatherings. This property is not handicap accessible, and we do not allow animals of any kind as it poses a health risk for our child with severe allergies.
