Overlooking the Gulf of Mexico, the three bedroom residence has 1,614 square feet of living space. Each unit has a large living and dining room, kitchen with breakfast bar, a master suite, and 2 guest bedrooms each with a private bath. The balcony with built-in cook center has plenty of room for entertaining and relaxing. This unit has bedding of King, Queen, Full and Sleeper Sofa. 1 Free Seasonal Beach Chair set and Umbrella are provided to our guests through Lazy Days Beach Rentals. Family time (where kids can swim) is 10:00 AM to 6:00 PM Outdoor pool is from 8:00 AM to 10:00 PM. Quiet hours are 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM. Each unit is allowed a maximum of two (2) parking spaces, accommodating no more than two vehicles. This policy ensures fair accommodation for both owners and guests. The minimum age limit to rent this unit is 25. Photo ID required at check in. Golf carts, motorcycles, R.V.s, boats, and trailers are not permitted to be driven or parked beyond the resort gates.
