Casual, cozy decor. Quiet, friendly neighborhood. Home is situated on an oversized corner lot which provides plenty of yard space. There is also a fenced in section of the yard, perfect for your pups to play unleashed. This home is warm, open, relaxing home away from home. Everything you need to have a wonderful stay in Loveland or a worry free staycation. The space is large but feels very warm and cozy making it a perfect space for one person to enjoy and roomy enough for a large group. Relax in front of the fireplace, play games or enjoy a good book in the quiet reading nook. Outside playscape provided to entertain kids and a hammock to relax in under the giant elm tree in the backyard. Bathed in lots of natural light. We use only green and organic cleaning materials and supplies. The space can accommodate up to 9 guests. Please contact me for prior approval before booking for parties larger than 6. Benson Sculpture Gardens are directly across the street providing an art lovers paradise. North Lake Park and Lake Loveland are a block away where there is fishing and a swim beach for outside enjoyment during the summer months. Estes Park and Rocky Mountain National Park are a 45 min drive away so you can enjoy the best of Colorado all year round. Guest access Home is a very large 2 story with an approximately 1500 sq ft finished walkout basement. Guest accomodations are in the walk out basement with owners completely separate living quarters upstairs. Entire downstairs space plus outdoor amenities are included in this rental. Please make yourself at home! The kitchenette is fully stocked but please be aware there is not stove in the unit. I have an electric induction cooktop, a microwave and a toaster/ convection combination oven in the unit. I also have an instant pot, slow cooker and rice cooker available upon request. Other things to note Please remember that you are staying in a home, not a hotel. Please treat my home with care and respect, as you would your own. If any problems arise, I'm available 24/7 and will do my best to take action ASAP.
