Less than a mile from the Main Street in Spearfish, you could easily walk or ride a bike down to do many fun local attractions. You're also less than 1/2 miles from Black Hills State University for easy proximity to the University and other events like Basketball, Football, and other attractions. You're also just an hour away from the beautiful Devils Tower National Park! Inside you're greeted with an open living/dining/kitchen area that's great for entertaining and gathering together with your family and friends. The kitchen is fully stocked and ready for your vacation enjoyment. There's a big-screen TV in the living room and the kitchen walks out onto the patio with a seating area. There's one full bedroom on the main level with an attached bathroom, and a half bathroom off the kitchen. Upstairs you'll enjoy a seating area with a table, that can be converted to a bumper pool table. There's 3 more bedrooms on the upper level as well. There's also a 2 stall garage great for your vehicles, a paved driveway, and street parking available. We welcome you to our beautiful townhome ready for your next vacation adventure. Bed Configuration: Main Level Bedroom (Master Bedroom) - King Bed with Attached Bathroom Upper Level Bedroom 2 - King Bed Upper Level Bedroom 3 - Full Bed with Single Bed Upper Level Bedroom 4 - 1 Bunk Bed (Single Beds) and 1 Standalone Single Bed Upper Level Bedroom 5 - King Bed Guest access You get use of the entire property and it's contactless entry with either a door code or lock box. The property is located on a lot, so you have parking available at the property. Property access information will be delivered within the week of your arrival, but it's typically sent the night before arrival. Other things to note If you’re planning to ride your snowmobiles/ATV’s on the local trail system, a permit is required from the Black Hills National Forest. We'd be happy to direct you where to purchase them!
