The 3 bedrooms are upstairs surrounding a full bathroom including tub, and the main floor features the full Kitchen, Dining, and Living areas as well as the laundry and another full bathroom. When you step outside, you will find the relaxing front porch, complete with a porch swing to enjoy the last light of the day. The back patio has your Blackstone® grill and plenty of room to sit outside to take in those awesome summer nights. You will have usage of the garage while you are there, and there is an alley adjacent to the property to pull a trailer into so you can easily unload the bikes, ATVs, or UTVs. Parking is limited - there is no on-street parking, just the driveway, garage, and permit parking in the adjacent alley. The driveway will accommodate 2 vehicles, and the garage will fit 1. A trailer parking permit can be obtained from the City of Lead to park in the alley adjacent to the house to the west - cost is $10.
