The large wraparound covered deck spans three sides of the home, offering stunning views of the Black Hills. With a gas BBQ grill and a cozy outdoor wood-burning fireplace, it’s the perfect place to relax, entertain, watch for wildlife, or enjoy your morning coffee. Just outside the lower-level patio doors, you’ll find a hot tub—perfect for a long soak after a day of skiing, hiking, or exploring. Main Level Highlights Open Concept Living Space: The main floor features a fully equipped kitchen with a gas stove—ideal for preparing family meals. The living room includes plenty of comfortable seating, a wood-burning fireplace, flat-screen TV, and large picture windows to take in the breathtaking scenery. Relax in the indoor hammock and dive into a good book. For meals, enjoy a dining table with seating for 8 and 5 stools at the breakfast bar. Outdoor Living Space: Step out onto the expansive deck from multiple access points. It features a gas grill, outdoor wood-burning fireplace, and ample seating—perfect for enjoying mountain views in every season. Laundry Room: Just off the main entrance, equipped with a full-size washer and dryer. Bedrooms & Bathrooms on This Level: ■ King bedroom with flat-screen TV, dresser, closet, and walk-in closet ■ 1/2 bathroom in the hallway ■ Full ensuite bathroom in the king bedroom with double sinks and walk-in shower Upper Level Highlights Open Loft: A cozy space featuring a chair and chaise lounge—ideal for reading or taking in the views from above. It’s the ultimate setting for game night or movie marathons. Outdoor Living Space: Sliding glass doors open to the lower-level patio with a round hot tub—perfect for unwinding under the stars. It is easy access to snowmobile and ATV trails. The Terry Peak Ski Area is a 5-minute drive and Deadwood is 10 minutes.
