Lakefront Escape W/Dock • Sleeps 10

We invite you to come & experience our vacation home on Lake June, which is known for the Spring fed water, sandy bottom, fishing, skiing, swimming, tubing, & a good family time! Lake June is an amazing lake w/awesome sunrise/sunset views. We have a game room w/ Ping Pong, Foosball, magnetic dart board, poker card table w/numerous games/puzzles, etc. A screened in patio w/hot tub, outdoor dining/grill, kayaks, canoe & paddle boards. Outdoor firepit w/seating. For more info, please read below. The space We are so excited that you are interested in our lakefront home, just bring your clothes, toothbrush and enjoy! We offer a lakefront home on Lake June with a dock of which you can bring your boat/jet ski or rent in town (boat lift is not available for use but we do have pilings that you can tie your boat up to adjacent to the dock). There is a community boat ramp just four (4) minutes from the house to the east, you can lodge your boat in the lake and tie up at our pilings. You can enjoy your day boating, fishing, tubing, swimming, water skiing, kayaking, paddle boarding, canoeing or just soaking up some sun. We have family entertainment which includes TV's, cable, exercise equipment, the game room is equipped with a ping pong table, foosball table, game table to play your favorite card game, dominoes and board games. There is a dart board, tether ball, (2) corn holes and more. Enjoy an evening in the hot tub on the large screened in porch, or roasting marshmallows on the outdoor fire pit, or perhaps just relaxing on the dock swing. The home accommodates a maximum of 10 persons at all times, per Airbnb they do not allow large gatherings/parties plus the house is in a residential area. There are 4 bedrooms/3 baths with a comfortable living room and large kitchen/dining area to accommodate your family needs. The kitchen is fully equipped with a large breakfast/dining granite top with stainless steel appliances, a large country dining table that accommodates 8 with 4 bar stool chairs at the kitchen island. The screened in back porch has a hot tub, large outdoor dining table & chairs, 3 lounge chairs, exercise bike, 2 kayaks on a rack, TV and gas BBQ grill. The dock has a swing for picturesque sunrises or sunset evenings, a hammock and we have additional hammock hooks if you would like to bring one of yours, a swing rope for the young at heart and a Rope & Hook game. In addition to the two kayaks, there are two paddle boards, and a long canoe! There are local golf courses within the area and the Florida theme parks (Disney, Universal Studios and Legoland), Gulf of Mexico Beaches (Florida West Coast) are all within 90 minutes or less driving. Please note that we have a strict no pet policy, we love pets but for various reasons (family and guest allergies) we cannot allow pets within the home. We have the best of both views, you can enjoy the gorgeous sunrise to the left and enjoy the beautiful sunsets to the right (especially in the fall and winter months). We hope you and your family enjoy our Lakefront Paradise! Guest access Guests have access to all of the rooms in and outside of the house to include the Cottage Shed of which we ask our guests to place back all of the lake equipment back in the shed after rinsing off the sand. There are a total of 5 owner cabinets, 3 in the garage, and two in bedroom closets that are all locked. Other things to note Our home is a family home with a lot of amenities to offer, we to try to make our Lake House a home away from home for you! It is a great place to escape and enjoy your family with activities on the lake, in the yard, playing games, roasting some marsh mellows, watching a family movie, doing a puzzle, reading a book and making many memories. The house is in a residential area, therefore we ask our guests to please be aware of the 10pm City Ordinance quiet time. Due to safety measures, etc., we request that the maximum allowed guests at all times be 10. Thank you!
