Our Color Pop Cottage is an entire classic Ranch-style, built in 1918, but recently renovated and decorated to bring happiness and fun mood to our guests! • Our vibrant and playful Living room is a perfect place for you for conversations. • Dining table for 6 • Cozy Kitchen with equipped cookwares for your convenience • 2 bedrooms with an small desk for your work • 1 bathroom • 1,000 sqft • Driveway parking for 2 car, street parking available • Washer & Dryer included Other things to note •Parking is included. •The kitchen is equipped with a refrigerator, stove, microwave, toaster, & dishwasher. There are pots, pans, plates & glasses, basic cooking utensils, coffee, creamers, & sugar. •Clean sheets & towels are provided at the beginning of every stay. If you wish to launder them during your stay, there is washer & dryer with some complimentary laundry detergent provided. •Guests will be responsible for their own essentials (soap, toilet paper, etc.) once they have used the complimentary essentials provided at the beginning of their stay. PET POLICY: A maximum of 1 pet (dogs or cats) is allowed. Pets must be house-trained, have up-to-date shots, and be properly groomed to minimize shedding. Pets should be crated while unattended in the property and kept off of furniture at all times. You are responsible for cleaning up the yard after your own pet.
