Only a 12-minute drive to ski at Mount Sunapee Resort in winter. Also a fantastic getaway for fall foliage. Water view from every bedroom. Each bedroom has its own private bathroom. Guest access Guests may access every space in the cottage and grounds except for a small owner’s closet under the basement stairs. Other things to note The fireplace pilot is typically lit mid-fall for the winter season. Window air conditioners are typically installed mid-june for the summer season. For limits on maximum number of guests and additional guest fees, all guests count regardless of age. There is an extra Guest fee of $50 per person per night for each person beyond 6.
