Walking distance to store and restaurants, parking right by front door. Ideal for private pilots - fly-in and walk to rental. The space With a “skies meet the ocean” theme, the space is equipped for the aviation enthusiast and their family/friends, as much as for beach-loving families or friends who are wanting to stay steps away from the water, the park and lagoon, where the kids and/or pets can play after a day at the beach. Please note: Only registered guests are allowed on the property. Unregistered person/s will incur a charge of $300 per person per incident. No party, entertaining, visiting, hosting etc. on the premises, violations will result in cancellation without refund. This rental is not suited for loud celebration of events, etc. The property is monitored at entry/exit points with doorbell cameras for your safety. Sit on one of the balconies and watch the sunset with a glass of wine, or have breakfast and a cup of coffee on the patio. Both bedrooms will charm you and invite you to rest and relaxation. The eclectic living/dining area with the TV, comfy recliner couch and dining set, will give you a space to enjoy each other’s company while watching a favorite show, or just catch up with each other while having a simple meal together. The available wifi will make connecting online simple. The kitchen is equipped for basic meal preparation with a gas stove and microwave, fridge, dishwasher, toaster and coffee maker. The two bathrooms are stocked with a set of towels per guest. We are pet-friendly and you are encouraged to bring your pup with you. If you have pet allergies, we encourage you to please book elsewhere due to our frequent furry guests. Note that this listing is NOT childproof and there are stairs and decks that require careful supervision. No specific equipment for children is provided. All children count toward guest total. Guest access The entire townhouse is accessible to the guest. Other things to note -Please read the full description and house rules before booking. -All persons and pets on premises MUST be REGISTERED. Any violation of this rule results in cancellation without refund and fine of $300 per unregistered person, regardless if they spend the night or not. -We are pet-friendly and you can bring your pup for an additional fee to offset the additional cleaning costs. Damages or pet waste removal will be charged in addition to the pet fee. -Only 1 parking stall is available for all guests. Additional vehicles MUST park on the street outside of the complex. - Ring doorbell cameras installed at all entry/exit points. -We require ID before Check-in.
